Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
6 Dried Red Chillies
1 bunch Soya
1 cup, shelled Peanuts
4 tablespoon Oil
4 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
Salt As required
6 finely chopped Garlic Clove
1kg Boiled Rice
4 Curry Leaves
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed
2 tablespoon Murgh Cholay Masala

Method:
Heat the oil in a large pot.
Peel and cube the potatoes and fry with the garlic, mustard seed, curry leaves, peanuts, dried red chilies, turmeric, salt, and Murgh Cholay Masala.
When the potatoes are cooked through, add the rice and mix everything thoroughly.
Sprinkle the soya on top, stir, and let the pot steam for 10 minutes.
Serve with Mango Pickle.
