Ingredients

  • Chicken/Lamb/Beef 1kg Skinless, boneless, small cubes
  • Lemon Juice 4 tablespoons
  • Cooking Oil 2-3 tablespoons
  • Shan Shish Touk 1 Packet

Method

Mix Shan Shish Taouk Mix, lemon juice and 2-3 tablespoons oil / butter. Apply it to the meat cubes. Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Skewer the meat and grill on very low heat of charcoal grill or table top grill.

Turn pieces over to cook evenly, basting often with marinate.
