Ingredients

• Fish / Prawn 1 kg Boneless cubes/steaks/fingers/slices/fillets
• Cooking Oil 2-3 cups/500ml for deep frying
• Shan Lahori Fish Mix 1 packet

Method

Mix half cup of water in Shan Lahori Fish Mix and make a smooth batter. Apply on fish.

Deep fry fish until golden and crisp.
